Job Description:
Role Summary
Support digital marketing, marketing automation, AI-enabled workflow initiatives, and performance reporting across Global Marketing & Communications (GMC).
Responsibilities
· Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
· Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
· Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
· Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.
· Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
· Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.
Role-Specific Scope & Responsibilities
· Support digital marketing and paid media initiatives, including research, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
· Assist with marketing automation activities and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and scale.
· Contribute to AI use-case exploration, experimentation, and adoption activities across GMC.
· Support MarTech and platform operations through documentation, analysis, testing, and process improvement.
· Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
· Partner across GMC teams to support initiatives that improve digital marketing effectiveness and measurement.
Education & Experience
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.
· No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.
· Preferred academic backgrounds for this role: Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
· A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
· Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Interest in digital marketing, AI, automation, data, or marketing technology.
· Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.
· Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
· Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.
