Founding CEO North America

Location: Miami preferred | New York considered

VistIQ is building the AI Operating System for Private Markets .

We connect an investment firm’s proprietary data, documents, systems and external sources into one secure, governed intelligence layer, and deploy specialized AI agents that work alongside investment teams across the entire investment lifecycle.

From deal assessment and execution to portfolio management, valuation, governance, compliance, reporting and investor relations, VistIQ is building a new operating model where humans and AI agents work as one workforce.

We serve Private Equity, Venture & Growth, Private Debt, Asset Managers and Family Offices .

Our ambition is simple: become the category-defining AI platform for private markets globally like Harvey would be for legal !

The opportunity

Following strong initial traction in Europe, VistIQ is now building its second major pillar: North America .

In Europe, the business is led by Séverine Grégoire, CEO Europe , former member of CMA CGM’s Executive Committee, where she led innovation and artificial intelligence initiatives.

We are looking for an exceptional Late Founder / CEO North America to build VistIQ across the US.

This is not a traditional regional CEO or Head of Sales role.

This is a zero-to-one entrepreneurial opportunity.

You will own the North American business — from strategy and go-to-market to customers, partnerships, product influence, team building and P&L.

What you will do

• Build and execute VistIQ’s North American go-to-market strategy.
• Personally originate and close flagship US customers across Private Equity, Venture & Growth, Private Debt, Asset Management and Family Offices.
• Build trusted relationships with Managing Partners, CIOs, Investment Partners, COOs, CFOs and CTOs.
• Develop VistIQ’s network and strategic partnerships across the US private markets ecosystem.
• Work directly with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product priorities.
• Build VistIQ’s positioning and brand in North America.
• Recruit and lead the North American team as the business scales.
• Own the North American P&L.
• Contribute to VistIQ’s global strategy alongside the founding team and European leadership.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a rare combination of private markets credibility (required), enterprise technology experience, founder DNA and an AI-native way of working .

You ideally have:

• 10+ years of relevant experience across enterprise software, AI, data, fintech and/or private markets.
• A strong network across Private Equity, Venture & Growth, Private Debt, Asset Management or Family Offices in the US.
• A proven track record selling sophisticated enterprise software, data, AI or infrastructure solutions to investment organizations.
• Experience personally originating and closing complex, high-value strategic accounts.
• A strong understanding of investment workflows and how institutional investors operate.
• You are an AI power user . AI is already embedded in how you sell, research, analyze, prepare, communicate and operate every day.
• You actively leverage the latest models, agents and AI tools to multiply your own output and operate with exceptional speed and a lean team . You don’t just talk about AI — you work AI-native.
• Experience building a company, geography, business unit or market from an early stage.

Most importantly: you are an operator

We are not looking for someone who needs an established organization, a large sales team or a fully built playbook to succeed.

We are looking for a hands-on builder and doer .

You open doors yourself. You run the meetings. You build the relationships. You close the first customers. You work directly with product. You solve problems. You recruit the first team.

You are equally comfortable discussing strategy with the CIO of a major investment firm and rolling up your sleeves to get things done yourself .

You don’t wait for the organization. You build it.

This is not a corporate CEO job.

It is a late-founder role for an exceptional operator who wants to build a category-defining company at the intersection of AI and private markets.
